| Synopsis For The Middle Texas Coastal Waters The combination of deep tropical moisture...a surface trough...and an upper level low pressure system will produce scattered showers and thunderstorms through Thursday. Winds and seas will be higher in and near the heavier showers and stronger storms...otherwise a weak to moderate onshore flow is expected through Thursday. Lingering moisture will lead to a chance for showers and thunderstorms Friday through Sunday. A weak to moderate onshore flow will continue through Saturday...then become a weak offshore flow by Sunday as Tropical Storm Fay moves into the north central Gulf. |
