| Synopsis Small Craft Advisory conditions are expected to maintain across the Lower Texas Gulf waters through this morning. However...improving conditions are expected with time today as winds become southeast and the onshore flow develops. Small craft advisories are posted until 600 am CST Saturday for both the near and offshore waters. A Small Craft Advisory will continue until 1200 PM CST Saturday for the waters 20 to 60 nautical miles offshore. Marine conditions are expected to maintain a more quiet pattern into early next week as light to moderate winds are anticipated. The surface flow begins to strengthen by the second half of next week. Another cold front could push through the area early next weekend. A return to Small Craft Advisory conditions will be possible at that time. |
