Virgin Islands waters... Tropical Storm Hanna will pass north of the local area during the weekend...producing an increase in seas across the Atlantic coastal waters. An upper level low just north northwest of Puerto Rico...will act to enhance showers and thunderstorms across the local coastal waters this afternoon and tonight. A mild and variable wind flow will prevail across the regional waters this afternoon becoming more southerly tonight.
