... Areas of black ice early this morning...

Temperatures will be in the teens to around 20 degrees
early this morning. This will allow areas of slush and water to
refreeze into ice making for slippery conditions on roads and
sidewalks through early this morning. Anyone planning to venture
out should be alert for areas of ice especially near bridges and
overpasses as well as along secondary roads. Conditions should
improve after 9 am.
