AREAS. WINDS ARE RUNNING 30 TO 40 KT WITH SOME GUSTS TO 45 KT
WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED OVER THE OUTER COASTAL WATERS.
IN ADDITION... SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN HIGH INTO FRIDAY MORNING.
SEA HEIGHTS OF 13 TO 15 FT ARE ANTICIPATED OVER THE COASTAL WATERS.
SEAS HEIGHTS WILL BE A LITTLE LESS AROUND MONTEREY BAY RANGING
FROM 9 TO 12 FEET. CONDITIONS WILL START TO IMPROVE FRIDAY EVENING.
