A. West med: a low pressure system west of the Gulf of Cadiz will





interact with a broad area of high pressure over central Europe





producing a gale levante for the Alboran Sea. No seas 12ft (3.7m)





or greater are expected in the west Med.





B. Cent med: a broad area of high pressure over central Europe





ridges over the region producing fair weather. No high winds or





seas 12ft (3.7m) or greater are expected in the cent Med.





C. East med: a broad area of high pressure over central Europe





ridges over the region interacting with a trough south of Turkey





producing gale force winds over southern agean and eastern Jason.





No seas 12 ft (3.7m) or greater are expected in the east Med.





D. Black sea: high pressure ridges over the black sea from central





Europe producing fair weather. No high winds or seas 12 ft (3.7m) or





greater are expected in the black sea.





E. Baltic sea: a mature low pressure system is centered over the





Norwegian sea interacts with a broad area of high pressure over





central Europe producing strong southwesterly winds. No high winds





or seas 12 ft (3.7m) or greater are expected in the Baltic Sea.
