1 thousand feet overcast with visibilities 4 to 6 Michigan in fog/haze after 10z. 
Conditions will improve to 2 thousand broken after 15z...as southeast winds 
increase to 10 to 20 knots. VFR conditions with 4 thousand to 6 thousand 
scattered and ceilings above 10 thousand feet broken is expected after 18z. Late 
Saturday evening scattered to broken clouds around 2 thousand feet are expected 
to form around and after 04z.

this afternoon the latest msas surface analysis placed high pressure 
over the lower Mississippi Valley with a low over eastern Colorado. 
This surface pattern was advecting Gulf moisture inland across our 
County warning forecast area. The additional Gulf moisture will result in more widespread 
stratus development overnight and warmer overnight low temperatures. 


Saturday will be warm and breezy with cloudy skies giving way to 
partly cloudy conditions in the afternoon. The low level moisture 
axis will become more pronounced over the Rio Grande plains Saturday 
night through Sunday night as the upper level trough currently located 
over the northwest U.S. Translates eastward. This will result in 
isolated showers across the western half of our County warning forecast area. 


The aforementioned upper level trough will move eastward across the 
upper Midwest early next week dragging a weakening cold front into 
our County warning forecast area on Tuesday. Thus rain chances will be on the increase 
Monday and Tuesday with the approach of the frontal boundary. The 
frontal boundary will wash out across our County warning forecast area on Wednesday. However 
rain chances will continue Wednesday into Friday as an easterly 
low level flow keeps abundant low level moisture entrenched over 
south central Texas.
